点评：We booked British Express Cars for transport from London to Southampton cruise port and a return trip from the cruise to London.
The service was great and they kept us well informed when there was a slight delay. The vehicles were like new and very clean. The drivers were polite and cordial. Overall, a wonderful experience!
We booked the 8 seat van for 8 passengers. The journey from London to Southampton was great, with 3 forward facing rows and ample space for luggage. The return was also an 8 passenger van, but was much smaller, with the two rear seats facing each other. There wasn’t enough room for adults to sit across from one another, and was very tight on seating. This could also be an issue for those who experience motion sickness. If traveling with 8 again I would request the larger, forward facing vehicle.
Another note, if you are booking from the cruise terminal, they will request your arrival and pickup time. When they send info regarding your journey, be sure to clarify the time you wish to be picked up, and not the arrival time from the ship.
