Don’t Bother Going To El Paso. Huge Disappointment and Fail!

点评：The wine is fine (I had semi dry Rose) but the woman who ran El Paso was truly awful ! I called the day before & she sounded like a prerecorded message. Didn’t listen or answer my questions. Just said her much rehearsed words.
On arrival, no smile, greeting or indication that she was pleased to have 10 customers walk in. Very rigid about her dog rules. I understand but we were the ONLY customers for a long time. She was robotic in her speech and was a real “See You Next Tuesday “. We were relegated to sit outside on the property which was fine. Clean picnic tables & shade. We felt like stepchildren not allowed inside. My 85 year mother loved that.
She bad mouthed me to a couple that came in later in earshot of me as I was trying to settle up my bill. Wow. Lady.. time to hang it up. Get out of the customer service business because you really suck at it. Never been treated like that at any other winery in the area.
Go to Whitecliff Vineyard/Winery instead. The wine is excellent as well as the EVERYTHING ELSE. Beautiful setting and dogs welcome.
El Paso has No Wine Flights. They give you two free tasting but not run like a professional winery. There are SO many better places to spend your money and your time.
