点评：I only gave them a one rating because you have to pick one. We became members in Feb 2023 and were never able to attend a pick up party. We went this weekend with just the intention of picking up and didn’t realize it was a pick up party day. We had previously been charged for our order in December and so they us our bottles. Unfortunately I failed to check them. One of the bottles is not even a Cross Mountain brand and when you look it up I can purchase it for 12.99 at several different places. Not to mention, the lady who helped us tells us our membership was switched from a six bottle to a four bottle membership, could not tell us why, and then says we were no longer members. And because we walked into the pick up party which they checked us in for, drank one glass of wine each in a plastic cup, ate three meatballs and pasta salad we would have to pay $60 because our daughter was with us. Or our other option was to buy six more bottles for their membership. She figured she could bully us and would be embarrassed and buy the six bottles. When I told her to just charge us $60 she changed her tune and tried to be nice after the fact. DO NOT GO HERE. There is better wine and most importantly, better customer service in other places. Look at the bottles I received. The first one is not Cross Mountain:
