点评:Im a beginner, I wanted to learn kite surf, I paid for 4 h training, 1 was theory, 1 with kite and boat and the rest should had been kite and board but it did not happen.
: the owner and the second in command don’t really care about their customers. I was left alone to set up the kite when I had no idea. I lost 30 min of my paid class each time to set up things,with little help this could had been much smoother.
Being polite should be the basic but they were very rude and unhappy all the time.
One class was cancelled for a sense of wind but no one called me, I did 25 min ride on a scooter to get there and they just say “sorry we don’t do it today “ why haven’t they called ? They made me fill in all the forms and info including my number but no one really cared of my coming down and cancelling other plans in favor of kite.
I must say the 2 young guys I was doing theory class and first class were very nice and helpful but their boss, the man from austria was a disaster. Even when I was sleeping b difficulties operating the kite he was just shouting and not helping at all.
Melanie was very helpful and nice. If it was not for her I would had cancelled the rest of the classes. To be honest I would pay her directly to kite together and learn from her, without all the useless school.
I’ll do kite again but just not here !!
