点评：Met at the airport by a helpful lady, but it started unraveling from there.
No shuttle, but it was promised in ‘10 - 15 minutes’. Half an hour later a minibus arrived and we headed to Port Denerau.
No boat, but it was promised in ‘10 - 15 minutes’. Eventually a skipper turned up. Conversations between the staff suggested that we had been forgotten, and this guy had been rushed in.
Anyway, we left the port some 90 minutes after first contact with ME - not quite the service we were expecting from our personalised transfer. Conditions on the water were great (which was a relief having now seen some other reviews), but the boat was tatty, and a warning buzzer sounded several times - water in the fuel apparently!
We arrived at our destination safely, but had to wait 15 minutes for the Malolo Cat to unload before we could dock. This was particularly ironic, as we had booked ME to avoid delays we had experienced with Malolo Cat in the past!
For our return, we discovered the day before that our ‘personal’ service didn’t take into account our personal request to leave at a certain time - it was 9.00am take it or leave it, despite requests from the hotel, me and our travel agent.
In the end, we cut our losses, and booked the Malolo Cat for the return journey, which was great.
