点评:My mate and I signed up to do the Kokoda Trek with Our Spirit following a recommendation from a family member. Due to Aidens injury, he asked another trek leader Scott Babington to take the trek. Scotty was amazing and so knowledgeable. We learnt so much about the WW2 history from him and I highly recommend doing a trek with him separate to Our Spirit. Unfortunately Aidens organisation skills were a disaster. My friend and I weren't provided with the same packing list as others on the trek, which meant we didn't have a sleeping mat and sleeping bag. When raising it with Aiden pre trek, he made it out to be our fault. He provided a mat but said we won't need a sleeping bag. We freezed through 3 nights on the trip on cheap rubber mats, not getting any critical sleep. Secondly all other trekkers had a pre trek briefing that we weren't invited too. Thirdly, Aiden made no effort post trek asking how we actually went. Finally, after being on basic food for a week and a half, Aiden advised that breakfast was not included at the hotel. We later found out from other trekkers that they got breakfast supplied. Look elsewhere.
