点评:What a sad disappointment. We have been wanting to visit Horseshoe Curve for several years and finally had the opportunity to. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon only to learn that even though it is a National Landmark, it is privately owned with an admission fee. The fee was reduced due to the funicular (incline plane) being out of service so we paid our admission and climbed the 100 steps up to the rails. Sadly, that's all you could see, train tracks. The curve itself is not visible from where you are allowed to view the trains, we saw none, as they travel by. if your interest is just trains I'm sure this would be a fine place for you to visit, but if you're going only with the hope of seeing them as they make their way through the curve, don't. I would rather write no review than writing a negative one, bit I felt that I had to write this one.
