点评:An hour late to work after sitting on a bus for 40min with metro aborting ubers that they were (and should of) called us (3-4passangers) to get to our destination on time considering the fact that I missed my connection, having to wait another hour on the street with my food melting as I should of arrived home in 25 min vs the hour plus. The driver told the oerson on her cell that another bus was pulling up so we were told to board it despite already being 40 min behind schedule!!!! No apology but plenty if attitude. The replacement bus was a big fat miserable rude jerk thats had so many complaints , Im wondering hiw he still has a job. Driver NEVER communicated anything!!! We were just supossed to sit there and watch her jump on & off of the bus with no courteous communication about why we were sitting ducks. Communication would of allowed me to decide If I wanted to exit the bus and reroute! I asked her about another bus coming and got NO response!! Of course the supervisors have a ready made excuse on why their driver took 30 min to call in about passengers. I sent in a comment that I expect an excuse on why I arrived at my place of employment an hour late to be emailed back if at all. This is what us St Louis metro riders have been going through for years!!! They dont even show up in the winter time. Text app will only respond with about 2x with excuses and thats it. Metro STL is disgusting!! They meed to reimburse riders for wasted money,time & loat wages or wven loss of employment due to their negligence and non caring attitudes when it comes to oassengers getting to their destination/connections in a timely manner!!!! What they get paid to do!!!
