Very disappointing !! A kiddies petting farm. Don't go to learn anything , you won't.
Jarrow Hall Anglo-Saxon Farm, Village and Bede Museum的点评
点评：This is not a museum ! We went to see information about Bede which is what it is supposed to contain.
This is more like a kiddies theme park and a petting farm.
The only rooms containing anything alluding to Bede had no lighting or the few places that any lighting existed ,it was,so poor the exhibits could hardly be seen.
NONE of the interactive displays worked including on screen items and information push button information.
So disappointing , we were very let down ,luckily as we were in Jarrow we called into the church adjacent ,St Pauls. This was a wonderful experience ,very knowledgeable staff , a beautiful church and more information told and shown to us than most museums. We learned more about Bede here than at what is supposed to be the museum dedicated to him !! Jarrow Hall.
