点评：Do NOT use FT Port Everglades Crusie Parking… Cruiseparking.com should take them off there site. Giving a 2 because we were brought to the Royal Caribbean cruise port in a timely manor. Pick up was a complete Sh$t show! We called 4 times and were told the driver would be there in 10-15 minutes each call. The dispatcher was rude and dishonest. One hour and 5 minutes later a driver showed up who was NOT the driver who had just called me and said it would be about 15 more minutes. The parking lot is 2.5 miles from the port. We literally could have walked to our car. Honestly is always the best policy. Every time we called he was ruder and just lied again. How about say- sorry we are down some drivers it may be awhile. But no, rude and lies will get you this review. John the driver who eventually showed up said he was coming from Miami. He was very kind and apologetic and stated he would talk to the owner about the dispatcher. Do better FT Port Everglades Cruise Parking!!!
