点评：The experience in itself was not unpleasant, but for what is offered, our family didn’t feel it was worth the price. For a lesser admission price, we would probably return. There are a fair number of animals in cages to see, but unfortunately several of them were under renovation or the animals weren’t out. The biggest sell is “feed the flamingos” but in two hours and several return trips to the area, we were only able to feed two. Most of them were in the water and no where near where you had to stand (the area is roped off). We asked if there was a good time of day to feed them, but the answer we got was “they eat when they are hungry.” That was disappointing, however our son enjoyed feeding the random ibis and peahens that were around. We also tried to feed the fish in the large pond, but they too had no desire to eat and the food was left floating on the water. There is a small petting zoo but it only included a few goats and some chickens. The biggest issue was the only place for water was the gift shop in the front. So be sure to bring your own or buy a bottle before you set off into the gardens. There were no water fountains either except in the gift shop. In this heat, I wish they had more options to stay hydrated throughout. The cafe was closed for renovations so that wasn’t an option either. The highlight was the bird show. We enjoyed that. Overall, kids would likely enjoy it for 1-2 hours. That’s really all that was needed to see everything.
