点评：Reserved a spot for my bike... Couldn't get bike on train! Waited 4.5hrs for next train. Still couldn't get my bike on the train! Even though I reserved it! Why don't you A- only reserve 4 places so that people know for sure they can travel with bike??
B - have more spaces for bikes! It's that simple! Or is it to much to ask? I'm presuming so.
In this day and age of trying to reduce Co2 emissions, net Zero, public health and oh actually living in a modern era with people wanting to travel with there bikes and holiday on their bikes. It's absolutely unacceptable to have only 4 places for bikes on a train that potentially holds 100+ passengers.
Update your carriages. Give provision for the needs of your customers and get with the modern day criteria. Your outdated and your more concerned with profit than you are with your customers travel plans and needs.
You probably won't even read this! Let alone take action or have the decency to respond with a valid reason
