点评：Rude and disrespectful staff. When we arrived there was no one on the reception desk which meant we couldn’t collect our bands to allow my girls onto the equipment. After traipsing around the centre for 10mins, being told by each member of staff that I encountered they couldn’t help, I eventually got hold of the manager who told me to go back to reception as someone would be on the desk. When I got back to the desk, it was still empty and after another few minutes a girl arrived.
I asked if we could stay on an extra 10mins to account for the delay cause by them. She said the only option was to go on the next session at 14:00 for the full hour. When I pushed back because we couldn’t stay for that slot, she called for her manager who advised the same and refused to acknowledge the delay they had caused. The only alternative apparently was to pay for an additional hour, what a joke!
Please avoid this place and don’t give them the benefit of your business.
