Lockers are available to store your footwear, but space is limited, so securing a bag to place your footwear in is advisable. Additionally, it's recommended not to wear socks as you may need to walk in water inside the caves.
The main attraction of the complex is a towering statue of Maa Vaishno Devi along with Lord Hanuman. Inside the caves, a long passage showcases the nine forms of Maa Durga worshipped during Navratri, with water flowing continuously beneath your feet, adding to the mystical ambiance.
The complex is vast, offering plenty of opportunities for photography to capture the divine surroundings. As a token of blessings, a small packet of Prasad is given to all devotees free of cost at the exit gate, completing the spiritual journey with a sense of fulfillment.
