点评：I had booked 2 days prior, as a beginner I messaged on WhatsApp and said I would like to book for horse riding, the person kept responding in Spanish so I translated, she had said galloping which I just assumed was normal horse riding as I have never done it before. When we arrived they argued among themselves as to who had booked us
I told them we don’t speak Spanish however they kept speaking to us in Spanish.
Eventually the lady that booked us said we wanted galloping which was for advanced riders, she kept saying is was our fault, I would have appreciated it more had they said you booked wrong please leave instead of the constant moaning and unprofessionalism !
Nothing was explained to us, I MEAN NOTHING ! I was told get on the horse, I’m short and I struggled, another women saw me and assisted, she kept telling me in Spanish how to hold the string and then got frustrated when I didn’t do it right because I didn’t understand! Once on the horse, we went around, stopped somewhere she told us get off and then sat on her phone, we just hung around and eventually said can we go back
We got back on the horse, got back to the ranch and THEN got told it’s cash only! We had to struggle to eventually download PayPal which was what they settled for.
There was no communication, no professionalism the lady with the curly hair- instructor was absolutely rude !!!!! Please learn for to speak to people and control your emotions in a professional environment!
The horses however were so beautiful

我们重新骑上马，回到牧场，结果被告知只收现金！我们费了好大劲才下载了PayPal，他们最终也只接受现金。
整个过程沟通不畅，毫无职业素养，那个卷发的女教练态度极其恶劣！请学习如何与人沟通，如何在专业场合控制自己的情绪！
不过，马儿们确实很漂亮。
