This isn’t an oversight or an accident. It’s wilful ignorance. The venue has been contacted multiple times in an attempt to engage, to listen and to fix their discriminatory stance instead they've chosen to do nothing in the hope it goes away. Just silence. Just contempt.
Accessibility isn’t some optional extra, venues have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments and in the case of Engine Rooms Southampton it would appear that this is being treated as if it is optional.
