点评：I went for special birthday drinks with my mum, as we are both really into champagne. It’s a common love for both of us, and she recommended going- however it was spoiled by the bartender. He was VERY inexperienced and distracted by serving us. He wasn’t attentive to serving anyone in the bar, spent a lot of time on his phone, and seemed to be almost annoyed at having to severe people.
He served flat Moët (and gave excuses as to why that was okay), he made really poor and unbalanced cocktails, he didn’t know what a traditional champagne cocktail was we had to tell him, yes he said he would find out, but in a cocktail bar that’s pretty standard…. On top of that he had really poor attitude when speaking with him.
My mum has been a few times and has been blown away, but this is my first time attending. She spoke so highly of the cocktails and wonderful service. So considering we spent quite a lot of money, it spoiled the evening getting poor drinks and customer service that made you wish you’d bought a bottle of chapel down from a supermarket and sat on the beach.
