点评：Very expensive and chaotic on the Bulgarian side.
On the Romanian side the road inside the harbour is really bad, I paid 34RON (7 euro)i for a small car but the process was quick and efficient. That is only the harbour fee.
On the Bulgarian side I paid 37 euros for the trip of the small car car, 2 people and the use of their harbour. It took 45 minutes to complete the payment, documents check and get out!
Did I mention that they spray the car with chlorinated water and they do NOT warn you in an international language? My window was down therefore I got that water on me and it reached my eyes as well. I had nowhere to complain as they DO NOT speak English or French, only few Romanian words, AND they are not interested to hear my complaint.
Once out, you need to pay a road tax of min 7 days ( 10 euros), for roads that are really really bad. And you need to guess where you can pay it.
