点评：I had used GoPort in the past for parking at Port Canaveral but never for their shuttle from MCO to the port. This was my first time. I had originally booked it for last year but had to cancel due to surgery. I had hoped to get a refund but instead they gave me a future credit. But I was fine with that because I knew I'd probably use it. As it turns out, I needed to use them for a Transatlantic cruise (since driving and parking at the port was not an option) and tried to book it online using the credit. I wasn't able to do it online so I called and they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! They applied the credit and I was good to go. When I got to the check-in desk there was no line and the staffers were delightful. They greeted me like a friend and I waited for the buses to arrive. They were right on time to the minute. We boarded and it was an easy ride to the ship. Everything went exactly as expected. The only negative was that their MCO kiosk is located way to the end of the car insurance desks and it took me about a half hour to get there from the Brightline station at MCO - I'd taken the train up from Boca Raton - but I can't blame GoPort for that. Just be aware if you're using them at MCO it's a bit of a trek to find them. I will be using them again going in the other direction this fall. It's a great company!
