Depressing, overpriced and very misleading website. Avoid.

点评：What an absolute disappointment and misleading website.
1. The entry fee - £7 for a child, £5.50 for an adult (seriously?! - how did you work that out - 2 years ago an adult cost more than a child!?) Hostile staff member on entry who had about as much enthusiasm as the donkeys.
2. Sad looking unkempt animals. Donkeys look like they’ve had better days. Petting area…. Er, some chickens and a rabbit? A few goats, a deer, some sheep/ponies and 3 pigs locked in a pen which was absolutely stinking.
3. The site. What has happened here? Visited 2 years ago and it was a thriving place (still expensive then for what it is!) but the kids had a good experience back then, so I thought it may be worth a re-visit. Sandpit? Erm that needs to be reviewed and a tiny smelly bouncy castle that’s also seen better days.
4. Website states ‘…over 100 animals…’ - that is quite clearly is untrue. Very misleading.
Summary - Absolutely depressing and dilapidated.
Would recommend that Lord & Lady Hamilton actually have a look around ‘Scotty’s’ gaff which is situated on their land and give it a well needed cash injection for the appalling appearance of the site/facilities and invest in the few animals that remain. Also, Update your misleading entry on the main website!
