点评：Booked with these guys months ago and built an entire vacation flying into St. John's, getting a rental car and flying home at the end of our trip from PEI. Our reservation was cancelled on the ferry because the new ferry wasn't ready yet and they had to say goodbye to the ferry that used to service the port because they were leasing it and the owner had already leased it to someone else. So we were rebooked on a different ferry 10 hours away. So on the day we were supposed to go on the ferry we would have lose the entire day waking up at 4am to drive to the other side of Newfoundland to make that ferry. In order to salvage the vacation, I had to book a flight from St. John's to Halifax at $585 (for 2 of us) and I had to book a new rental car for $1700 there and a hotel room in Halifax $300 all at the last minute. And, we will now miss Cape Breton Island and everything we planned there for those 2 days. This company needed to have a backup ferry in place in case something like this goes wrong. Not only have hundreds of people had their vacations screwed up, but think about all the regular commerce that comes in on 18 wheelers that haven't been able to make the trip either. This was a major faux pas.
