I had a wonderful experience at Queens Winery in Balchik! It’s a family-run winery full of heart.

点评：I discovered Queens Winery in Balchik, and I have to say—it was such a memorable experience! It’s a cozy, family-run winery where you can instantly feel the passion and heart put into every detail.
There, I met one of the sommeliers, Stefan Yanev, who has an amazing eye for detail! You can see the joy in the way he presents each wine, and it’s incredible how quickly (and carefully!) he packs the bottles to make sure they travel safely.
I also had the chance to meet Ana in person—an extraordinary host with such a unique vision of wine and the beautiful stories it can tell. I was fascinated by her journey and the way she shares her love for wine and tradition in everything she does.
The selection of wines is truly special. I’ve already become a fan of the Regina variety, with its elegance and refinement, but also of the chocolate wine—surprisingly smooth and rich—and the chili wine, a bold and unforgettable experience. The tasting wasn’t just delicious; it was a real journey for the senses, made even richer by the stories shared with each glass.
I wholeheartedly recommend this winery to anyone visiting Balchik. It’s a place where tradition, passion, and hospitality come together beautifully—and meeting Ana makes it all the more unforgettable.
