Over all trip was great just the hotel that's the problem.

点评：I don't really know how to rate this trip as it was fantastic and my problem was with the hotel. we were sent a brochure with the name of the hotel but when we got there it was a different hotel all together. first day we waited ages to be served plus when asked for a specific drink, they didn't have any. went to the bedroom and the towels were like hand towels. next day when we got back the basin in the bathroom had a full rubbish sack, the room had paper cups to make tea/coffee in, which i found appalling to say the least. I couldn't make myself a drink in the morning as there was no sugar, no milk. Used cup and wrappers were still left in room. I asked the staff if they had the drink i had asked for the night before to which she replied no but there is a shop round the corner. I had steak for evening meal, we'll i'm not kidding you it walked off my plate. Asked if I could have it well done, well again it wasn't, asked again if they would do it well done, this went on for the fourth time when they said we are doing your steak but there's no veg. I did tell the person in charge of us on our trip and she said there is veg because they served it to other guests. All in all the whole time we were there we were treated differently to the other guests that were there. they had proper and better menus, we didn't. We were treated like second rate. This hotel spoilt our stay. staff were not trained properly when serving us, no side plates which i had to ask for everyday. If they had asked us how we liked our steak it might not have turned out bad but they didn't like us because we were a coach party. I will be getting in touch with kirbys too.
