点评：My experience lacked good customer service throughout. Eloise, the receptionist, appeared as though she did not want to be there and was not particularly welcoming.
No information was provided on how to use the lockers, which left us having to work it out ourselves.
The Swedish massage was pleasant, but it felt extremely short and did not meet our expectations in relation to time.
I was also surprised to be charged an additional fee to rent a robe, particularly as it was a previously used item that is simply washed and reused. This charge felt unreasonable and detracted from the overall experience.
There was also a health and safety concern in the female changing room. Both attendees tripped over the same hazard and narrowly avoided injury. This issue should be addressed urgently to prevent an accident occurring in the future.
Overall, the service and facilities did not represent good value for money, and the customer experience fell below expectations.
