Marker One Flats Charters的点评
点评：Marker One BAIT N SWITCH !!!!!!!
This charter company maintained contact with us for 13 months-until the date of the scallop charter then sent a different charter captain/company to scallop with. We did not “hire” the company that was sent and the guy had to borrow a boat from a friend ! We had no choice at 7am the day of our charter. The Capt was kind and VERY apologetic about his boat and the change up- we sent gps marks to our family as we just felt like the whole switch up was sketch. The boat was sooo uncomfortable- no seats just some wet bean bags. We got thrown around and a large cooler lid even flew up, broke off and smacked me while airborne.
We made the best of it and immediately contacted Marker One regarding the injuries and sketch situation. They IMMEDIATELY charged my credit card on file and made no apologies- I do not trust Marker One - they’ve ghosted us since. We are sore and we did not limit out- all the other charters seemed do have done great - filled their coolers. The weather was perfect. MARKER ONE scammed us! BAIT N SWITCH
