Tuross Head Country Club的点评
点评：Went to this club on a Saturday night and had a good night. Meal was good and majority of staff were friendly and efficient. Only staying in town for 2 nights and decided to go back on the Sunday Night and had a different experience.Meal was okay but there were not many people in the club and weren't made to feel very welcome. One female staff member in particular was quite rude and definitely needs some advice in how to deal with customers. I understand now that it may have been a problem to make a small payout in keno after machine was "cleared" (it was only 8.10 pm) but this could have been conveyed in a much friendlier manner. I know that you can collect at other venues but we had to head home the next day and don't really go to clubs that often so I did not think it was unreasonable to ask for the small payout. Anyway, we were not rude or demanding but it was upsetting to be made to feel like you were being a major nuisance. (Yes my wife did hear you or one of the other staff members say "there is one in every group")
We must say that the elderly gentleman who was also there ( we think he also drove the courtesy bus) was friendly and helpful and perhaps a bit embarrassed by the other staff member. Really enjoyed our stay in Tuross Head which is a great little town but, unfortunately the poor attitude of one staff member means that we are unlikely to ever return to that club.
