We had the best experience in Sri Lanka thanks to MySL Travel!

点评：We had the best experience booking a car with a driver for our entire 3-week stay in Sri Lanka! The car was a new Toyota Prius, sparkling clean everyday we met! Lahiru, our driver, took really good care of us, he was not just our driver but became a true friend whom we trusted to give us tips and recommendations about any local specifics. We traveled with a 2-year old, which was particular on its own, but Lahiru always cared about our kid and was so careful! We stayed in 8 different places during our trip and Lahiru was always available to drive us to whatever destination we wanted. He also came to some of the attractions with us and was our very own guide!
On the backfront, we communicated with Pawani, which was so nice and helpful from long before we booked! She gave us advice on our planned journey and recommendations to change some of the planned activities, which was super valuable! We also booked 2 safaris with her, which was super convenient, because Lahiru and Pawani did all the communication, we didn’t have to do anything! And the prices were identical to what everyone else was asking.
Our overall experience was 20 out of 10!! We booked a car, and we got a guide, friend and people whom we trusted to take care of us in a place we were totally in the unknown!! Our trip was incredible, and that’s to a great extent thanks to Lahiru and MySL travel, who were so professional! Should we come back, we wouldn’t think twice whether to book again!
