点评：My 1st visit to this pizza restaurant in the back streets of Dover was well worth the wait. Saturday evening booking, and the venue was full (inside & outside seating) when my group arrived just after 6pm. What followed was 1 of the most enjoyable restaurant visits that I've experienced 😀
I wasn't worried about the delay from ordering my pizza to it being delivered, as it was obvious that staff took their time to serve a quality offering. It was definitely worth the wait and the price that I paid 👍 Eating the pizza by hand took a wee bit of getting used to, but that's part of the experience 😉
Background music was ideal (80s rock genres stood out), and the range of drinks on offer had something for everyone in my group. I'm not an ale or IPA fan but Krombacher was ideal for this session 🍻
Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout, and we didn't feel under pressure to leave until closing time. FWIW staff had spent the wee hours of the early morning clearing their basement following the previous night's storm flooding, so they clearly do their best to keep the venue looking and feeling in good condition 👌👏
