Employee profiling teenagers (looked to be because of their race)

点评：Unfortunately after our most recent visit I had to update this review to 1 star, which is generous. I witnessed one employee pick out 2 teenagers and harass them the entire time they were there. Her excuses was that they were harassing animals. They were 2 teenage boys and were a little loud as teenagers are. She claimed that they were running all over the aquarium, which none us witnessed the entire night. What I did witness was her follow them around for almost 2 hours. Including standing 3 feet away while one of them washed their hands. I also watched 2 teenage boys make a joke about catching a fish, their hands were never in the water. Then her yelling at them for trying to catch the fish.
I witnessed her stand and stare at them by the parakeets while they sat on a bench and kids ran between them multiple times, another kids pounded on the kinkajou cage and she said nothing.
This truly seemed to be profiling, she even made the comment that she can kick anyone out. I am very sad to see this in a place that our family has frequented for years.
They had 2 very nice employees that were trying very hard to make the guest feel welcome. There was a male employee wiring in the area by the pigs who probably should have been in charge from what I saw.
There was also a female employee who seemed to be the only other one that was having a positive contribution to the guests.
