点评:The only part that went well through multiple encounters with this company was the initial airport pick up in Brisbane. That was great and convenient after a long day of travel. Our driver was pleasant and kind.
The remaining trips had issues. We worked with a travel agent who booked us an Australia zoo trip - we asked about the possibility of being picked up early and were told “no problem” then on the ride over our driver asked if we would take the bus back or she could collect us at 4:30 - we agreed to the 4:30 pick up. We communicated with the driver that we were making our way to the pick up point and had been in the van for over 15 minutes when I began receiving aggressive text messages about keeping the driver waiting and was told I owed 50 dollars for forcing them to give me a private transfer. At no point was it communicated that this was a special service or favor or I would have opted to find another ride.
Finally our trip to the airport to leave was scheduled for 12:45-told to be ready at 12:35 for our 2:45 flight. At 11:15 I received a phone call stating we were 15 minutes late for our pick up. When we pointed out that all communications had stated 12:45 no efforts were made to determine where the communication breakdown occurred. We were then dropped at the airport 90 minutes before the check in desk was even open.
In the future I believe it would be easier to use a ride share service like Uber.
