点评：I want to share my heartbreaking experience with my MGM host, Frank Playo. My name is Shahla, and after being away from MGM for two years, I finally returned on January 21, 2025, hoping to have some fun. Unfortunately, I lost $13,900. (When I initially texted him, I mentioned that I lost $11,900, but after reviewing my transactions, I realized that my actual loss was $13,900) I reached out to Frank to ask if he could provide me with a promotional offer, as it's common for hosts to give a 3% promo when players lose. However, he responded by saying that I hadn’t lost that much, claiming my loss was only $6,500.
I explained to him that my cash was $6,600 and that the remainder of my losses included money I had Zelled to other players, as well as $2,900 I sent to a close friend. I offered to provide proof of all these transactions from January 21, but his response was simply, "Go find another host." This was incredibly hurtful to me. It was painful that my host didn’t believe me about my losses and refused to look at the evidence, knowing I was telling the truth. His behavior felt rude and disrespectful.
I believe it's time for him to retire from his position. Every time I reach out to him, he responds by telling me to find another host.🙁😔
