点评：I visited Tree Tops Adventure today with my son and his friend, and while I went in determined to push through my fear of heights, it turned out to be much harder than I imagined due to my fear. By the halfway point, I completely froze and didn’t know how I was going to carry on.
That’s when Lottie stepped in like an absolute hero. She spotted me struggling, read the situation so well, and calmly guided me with really clear instructions until I was able to get to a safe exit point. She kept me focused and calm when I felt completely overwhelmed.
Meanwhile, the boys (both 6) were so keen to keep going but still need a little help with some of the clips. Without hesitation, Lottie offered to take them the rest of the way so they didn’t miss out — which meant the world to me. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.
Once I was safely back on the ground, Becca was there with such kind and reassuring words that stopped me from bursting into tears. Her kindness really lifted me when I needed it most.
Both Lottie and Becca showed such compassion, patience, and understanding today. They turned what could have been a very stressful and disappointing experience into a positive memory for me and the kids. I am so, so grateful to them both.
