点评:We visited flip out today. We were very disappointed this time. We felt it has gone down hill, most of the equipment was broken, my daughter was upset because she was unable to roller skate because most of the boots were broken, some with wheels missing and no pairs to be found in her size. There was only 3 go carts working so we myself and all the adults I was with felt we couldn't go on. There was only 3 Bumping cars working. We spent most of the morning queuing as there was very little staff working. I felt sorry for the staff.
When this matter was brought up to Tom the manager my friend was met with an almighty attitude, instantly he said "its not my problem" when we asked him who could we raise these issues with he said "dunno" he was incredibly rude, short tempered and unhelpful. He actually walked off and sent a young girl out in his place as he didn't want to discuss it. I would seriously look at sending him on some customer service skills courses.
I totally understand it can be frustrating when people complain but as a manager he should be equipped with the skills to handle those situations with a calm and pleasant manner. In my opinion he is not manager material.
I might add that other staff members were really friendly and helpful.
We paid almost £70 to go, we feel that it is overpriced for what you get now, it's a shame as it was always a great place to visit. We won't hurry back unfortunately.
