点评:There is so much to see here. It's an amazing site with: a gym for working out, a treasury, a hospital, an amphitheatre, a stadium, an altar for sacrifices, and a lot more. There is also a museum with some gorgeous statues and sculptures inside.
It's a pretty easy walk on a nice path and when we were there in early January, it wasn't that crowded. Still almost impossible to get a photo without people in it, but the new phone cameras take care of that business.
The treasury was a real highlight but the thing that impressed me most was the hospital. It's quite a large structure and there are a couple of informational signs if you walk down the stairs to the left and get under the wooden roof. Fascinating.
It only costs 6 Euros to get in and I thought it was well worth more than that.
The amphitheatre has incredible acoustics. You can stand on the concrete circle in the middle of the performance area and someone in the back row can easily hear you. It's in really good shape for its age too. :-)
There are enough signs around that you really don't need a tour, but one would probably be worth the money too. We didn't have a tour but still enjoyed the visit very much.
