Serious safety concerns – choose another tour company!

点评：Our snorkelling tour started normally, but the return journey was extremely dangerous. Despite a severe storm approaching, the captain continued straight into it, even though it was already clear that finding a safe way through might be impossible. Visibility was almost zero, waves were entering the boat, and lightning was striking nearby.
We then realised that the captain was completely disoriented, his GPS was not working, and there was no functioning radio on board. A passenger had to use Google Maps on a phone to guide him back towards land.
What made the situation even worse was his reaction afterwards: instead of apologising, he laughed at our fear and insisted that everything had been under control.
The storm itself was not the only issue - the lack of functioning navigation and safety equipment put all seven passengers at serious risk. I strongly recommend choosing another tour company.
