点评：We had an excellent experience with Cotswold Guided Tours and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personal, well-organized, and truly memorable tour of the Cotswolds. We booked the Epic Cotswold Tour and were so impressed from start to finish.
Lucy’s clear communication made the booking process smooth. She shared detailed tour information, helpful links, suggestions, and prompt responses to every question. As our tour approached, she sent pickup details that included a photo of Richard and his contact info which made us feel comfortable and prepared.
On the day of the tour, Richard greeted us right on time in front of our hotel. He immediately made us feel comfortable, and throughout the day, he kept us engaged with his extensive knowledge of the area, fascinating stories, and easy conversation. His commentary brought each village to life before we even arrived. Richard also provided a map noting restrooms, shops, photo spots, and local must-sees for each village.
The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with umbrellas (which came in handy a few times!). Richard’s use of a headset and speaker ensured we could clearly hear his commentary, and his local driving expertise made the journey relaxed and efficient.
At the end of the day, Richard and Lucy surprised us with a thoughtful gift of beautifully printed photos of each village we visited, labeled on the back so we could remember our day. It was such a personal and meaningful touch.
We can’t recommend Cotswold Guided Tours enough. Lucy and Richard go above and beyond to make their tours personal, informative, and unforgettable. Our only regret was not spending more time in the Cotswolds to do a two day tour!
