Rude women supervising the cable cars

点评：This is just a warning to everyone to note the times they shut. We didn't stupidly and ending up walking down with one person due a back op shortly and one with a migraine! We were 5 mins late and the door was still open, the cable car still running and the ticket worked through the turnstile. We got in and then they stopped it. It is fair enough we were late and immediately accepted it but he woman running the cable car showed a total lack of empathy for our situation and shouted at us repeatedly. When she continued to shout at our children I told her not to shout and there was no need and we were going. So the one star was for a total lack of empathy, questionable health and safety practices ( we should not have been able to walk in). Then as we walked, hobbled down they went down in the cable car and laughed at us and our predicament. I am not saying they should have let us on but there was no need to be so rude, shout at children and laugh at our suffering. I would have felt sorry for people even if it was their fault even if I could not let them down. Luckily my hubby was a total hero and ran all the way down and fetched the car meaning I did not have to walk all the way down. So 5 stars for my lovely hubby and null points for the rude women running the cable car.
