点评：It was a horrible experience with this company. Fortunately, I hadn’t booked the car yet. I initially enquired about the car insurance. After five days, I followed up to ask whether the car could fit all my luggage and kids. Since my trip was still far off, I wasn’t in a rush to book, but it would have been helpful if he had responded promptly — unfortunately, he didn’t.
Months later, when I was ready to book, I texted him again but got no reply. I also tried calling, but there was no answer. The following day, I called again, and he hung up on me, claiming I had already booked the car through their website and that an invoice had been sent to my email — which I never received. He never responded to any of my messages or returned my calls. To this day, I still haven’t received the invoice.
