点评：If you are considering the Montese Cooking Experience in Tuscany — book it immediately. This was hands down the highlight of our entire Italy trip and one of the best experiences I have ever had while traveling. Mauro and his assistant were absolutely phenomenal and made the entire day unforgettable from start to finish.
Not only was the experience incredibly fun and authentic, but the food we made was genuinely the best food we had during our entire trip through Italy. Every single dish was outstanding. Mauro shared so many incredible cooking techniques, Tuscany traditions, and little food tips and tricks that we never would have learned otherwise — and now we cannot wait to recreate these recipes at home for our friends and family.
The setting itself felt like something out of a dream: cooking outside in the beautiful Tuscan sun, drinking delicious wine made right on the property, laughing all day, and learning from someone who is clearly so passionate about food, hospitality, and Tuscany itself. Mauro made everyone feel so welcome and created such a warm, joyful atmosphere.
There is honestly not one negative thing I could possibly say about this experience. I would recommend it a million times over. In fact, I already have been raving about it nonstop ever since we got home. This is genuinely something I already plan to return to Italy for again just to experience another one of Mauro’s classes - this time with more of my loved ones so I can share the joy!
