点评：Overpriced and poorly run. There are so many things that could be done to streamline the process of snow tubing, I do not know where to begin. For starters, there was only one conveyor belt, which means that every person was being bottlenecked into this one access area to the hills. It was a complete hamster wheel. The bottleneck of people trying to get up the hill were delaying the exit time of people at the bottom, which delayed the ones waiting at the top the ability to come down the hill. We were granted access to the tubing area at about 6.00 and made our first pass down the hill, from start to finish at 6:40.
The set up is just not conducive to the flow of people. For example, the lines for food intersected with the lines to enter the tubing area, so it was a mish mosh of people standing and waiting in one area with no clear line end.
My advice to Camelback is to sell less tickets to make it enjoyable for the guests that were there, the volume of people was too much for the facility to handle.
We paid $92 including fees to make three passes in a two hour period. (We also paid $12 for parking, done on an app, so hopefully you had service, two of the four families had a hard time with service to get the parking paid for.) Save your family the money and do something else, this was not worth it.
