点评：Terrible experience here! Waited in the never ending queue to order lunch (sandwiches) to be told there is at least an hour wait as the microwave is broken and food HAS to go out the order it comes in. So until it was fixed and the people in front get their warm beans, we couldn’t have a ham sandwich. With hot and hungry children I decided to leave. Coming down the stairs from collecting our belongings I find they have let the children I had with me out the gate with another adult. One is VERY autistic with no sense of danger and will often run at every opportunity given. When confronted on how dangerous this was, the staff did not apologise but instead defensively blamed me for not having the children under my supervision at all times. They were rude, unapologetic and took no accountability. As a facility with a duty of care to its customers, I am disappointed in their reaction and highly recommend safeguarding training to their staff.
