点评：I was apprehensive about travelling solo as a 64 year old women in a strange country but I clicked the button and paid my money. I have to say, I am soo happy I did. Arriving in Bergen and travelling to Basecamp at Gudvangen via Bergen City was very easy. The expedition equipment provided, from camping gear to paddle boards, was excellent. More importantly our guides Laird (Lord of the fiord) and Ingeborg, were genuinely caring, inclusive, knowledgeable, supportive, motivational and FUN. The camp locations and Fiord scenery were truly breathtaking and our guides helped us fully immerse ourselves in the stunning nature around us, from walks up waterfalls, fiord swims and morning exercise sessions in the wild. The flora, fauna and wildlife were pretty special and the food delicious. Ingeborg even made bread for us to cook on the camp fire! I think everyone in our group had a truly wonderful experience and I for one would deffo recommend Sup Norway. I loved it soo much, I could easily go again.
翻译：作为一名64岁的女性，独自一人在异国他乡旅行，我原本有些忐忑，但最终还是点击了按钮，支付了费用。不得不说，我真是太庆幸自己做了这个决定。抵达卑尔根，然后经由卑尔根市区前往古德旺根大本营，整个过程非常便捷。探险队提供的装备，从露营用具到桨板，都非常棒。更重要的是，我们的向导莱尔德（峡湾之王）和英格博格，他们真诚友善、包容友善、知识渊博、乐于助人、充满热情，而且非常风趣幽默。营地和峡湾的景色美得令人窒息，我们的向导带领我们充分沉浸于周围令人惊叹的自然美景之中，从瀑布徒步、峡湾游泳到清晨的野外锻炼，应有尽有。这里的动植物种类繁多，食物也十分美味。英格博格甚至还为我们烤了面包，让我们在篝火上享用！我认为我们团里的每个人都度过了一段非常美好的时光，我个人强烈推荐挪威Sup之旅。我太喜欢那里了，我完全可以再去一次。
