点评：Overall the kids had fun and enjoyed the aquarium on the day.
I don’t usually write reviews but Im writing this review because I want to make everyone aware of what we experienced at the beginning and hope this does not happen to anyone.
When we arrived there’s no mention to us about the single tickets and no signs about the price. When we were lining up, we were told about the packages and the special price from a worker. They wanted us to get the package and promoted this.
Once we were at the window to purchase the tickets, we realised how much the package costed and we asked the worker if we could cancel and get the family tickets instead of the package which included all other activities that we didn’t want. The worker said if we wanted single tickets it’s only available online. The worker got annoyed at us and started being rude and said we can’t cancel. I told him why not I haven’t even entered the place yet and asked to speak to his manager.
The worker refused to give me a refund until we went online to purchase the tickets. He watched us purchasing our tickets to make sure and we had to show him the online tickets in order for me to get my money back. Overall I felt they pressured us to get the package which costed more. Before you go please purchase your own tickets and not fall for this like we did.
