点评：I recently booked a bus transfer with Ben's Bus from Lyon Airport to Val Claret, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service, especially from Nathalie. We had a small issue where we initially forgot to book one of our party members on the bus, but Nathalie was incredible in sorting it out. She went above and beyond, taking the time to call me and explain exactly what needed to be done to get our friend on the bus without any hassle.
The same excellent service was provided on the return journey back to the airport. Nathalie made sure everything was smooth and stress-free, and it was clear she genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience. Customer service like hers goes a long way. It’s not often you come across someone so dedicated to customer service, and I’m so grateful for her help.
