Accident at check out
Johnstown Garden Centre的点评
点评：Went for lunch today with my wife which we do frequently.
Ordered 2 bowls of soup and brown bread had them on a tray at check out area pushing the tray around for checkout when the tray became unbalanced and started to fall,
I tried to catch and prevent the fall but unfortunately was unsuccessful and the the whole lot fell on the floor not before it poured all over my hand and wrist scalding it in the process.
A lady customer next to me gave me some serviettes to wipe my hand . Many thanks.
However one of the staff a lady was so attentive and couldn't do enough for me providing me with gel and an ice pack and dressing she was so kind and professional.
Unfortunately I did not get her name but I would like to thank her profusely for helping me .
She was just super.
I couldn't find her before I left but I hope she reads this and accepts my sincere thanks.
