点评:The customer service is ridiculous. Hiran - we contacted him and booked five foot rituals. Specifically asked him if he was SURE he could accommodate FIVE people TOGETHER at the SAME TIME in one room and he said yes. In addition I gave my phone number (although the phones have caller ID). We get there at 4 pm and THEN he says “one person needs to have the massage separately in a room on a bed. (First time I’ve ever heard of spa Ceylon’s royal foot ritual being done on a bed). It’s a reclining chair, you soak your feet and then it’s a foot massage. How on earth do you soak your feet on a bed that doesn’t recline. Main factor / he should’ve mentioned this without scamming us or assuming we’d get there and be ok with it. ABSOLUTELY disappointing to see that the staff hired by them just have zero training in basics. Spa ceylon used to be a good place. They just don’t seem to care (unless you’re white) . No one came up to apologise and the staff 2-3 just gathered while we were asking Hiran why there was zero decency to notify us and why accept a booking when we were specific about our requirements.
