Great Wolf Lodge的点评
点评：Took the grandkids to Great Wolf Lodge for what was supposed to be a fun night. I needed a bigger room than I originally booked. I emailed them and they responded that it was taken care of. When we got there it was the smaller room, which meant I had to sleep on the terribly uncomfortable sofa bed. The bedding package for the sofa bed had been used by someone else, so we had to request clean sheets (YUK). Our bracelets did not work for room charges or for parking, even though we went up to the front desk three times to have them reprogrammed. Prepare to be nickel and dimed to death. I also had an extra $50 charged to my account for who knows what when I returned home. I have a case opened with them for this. Most of the people working there did not seem like they liked their jobs at all.
On the plus side, the water park was quite fun, and they did have other things to do, even though they were on the expensive side. We probably wont be going there again.
