Dolphin Cove Moon Palace Jamaica Grande的点评
点评：We chose the beach front room with a balcony. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities are great.
Loraine was a beautiful person to meet here and we would always find the station that she was working at to say hi to her and have a friendly conversation. She was very helpful and kind. She shared with me some tips on cooking various Jamaican foods. She was just an all around good person.
Monique in the vacation planning office was very helpful in helping us to plan excursions. I was apprehensive about Dunns river falls and she assured me that it would be fine and it was.
We went on the catamaran to Dunns river falls. The captain and crew are great. They provided drinks and music and took us snorkeling and we felt safe in the water. They provided everything needed.
At the falls, our tour guide and photographer were great as well. They both were helpful on keeping us on right path and showing us where to step. It was beautiful. The photos were so good that we were planning on not buying them before, but ended up purchasing because it was so beautiful.
We also chose the dolphin swim experience. I was an amazing experience. Jamaican Chris Rock made the experience so special. He also shared a lot of information about dolphins. The photographer took stunning photos.
We also met Romaine at the boat tubing area. He is such kind and generous person.
Everyone that we met here works so hard to make a memorable and comfortable vacation for the guests.
