LEADING EDGE, GREAT EXPERIENCE AGAIN
Leading Edge Flight Training的点评
点评：This was my second visit, and I fell in love with the experience the first time, Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great on my first attempt, so things were delayed. I’ll admit I was a little disappointed, as I was pressed for time, but people need to understand these decisions are all about safety, not just getting up in the air. Some customers may have their own opinions, but safety has to come first.
I’ve flown with both Andy and Matthew, and they were fantastic—professional yet genuinely down-to-earth (pardon the pun). That makes the experience even more memorable, because you want to fly with someone you can immediately trust. Even Alan, who I only spoke to over the phone, showed great people skills. With Leading Edge, it’s clear the focus is on you as the customer and making the flight special—unlike some places that just seem after your money without delivering the best service.
I booked through Groupon under Adventure 001, and while it may seem expensive at first, it’s absolutely worth every penny. Nothing compares to that uplifting feeling of being high above the ground, seeing the world from a different perspective. It really makes you reflect and appreciate things in a new way. Listening to other aircraft over the radio while spotting them in the skies above Scotland just adds to the magic.
Andy is now flying commercially, but still chooses to fly with Leading Edge. To me, that says a lot—not just about him, but about the company as well. They clearly support their team, and in return their pilots go above and beyond for customers. Andy doesn’t need to continue with customer flights, but he does it out of love for flying and for the experiences he helps create. That dedication speaks volumes about both the people and the business.
