点评：Our vacation package with Westjet airline included transfers to and from our resort with Nexus Tours. We found their driver outside the arrival doors at the airport and then had to wait over 30 minutes while they found a lot of other passengers.
At the end of our stay in Costa Rica, we received an email from Westjet telling us to be at the airport 2.5 hours before our 10:00 flight. However, Nexus tours insisted on picking us up 4 hours before that flight, at 6am. When I complained, I was told that they couldn't change the pickup time because they had a lot of other people to drive in the same bus. Obviously, they don't mind inconveniencing customers if they can minimize the number of vehicles used and cram the maximum number of people into each bus. I would never use this company if I had the choice of booking my own airport transfers.
